We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager with a focus on Estate and Trust services within our Private Client Services (PCS) division. - Oversee tax strategy and compliance for individuals, trusts, estates, and related entities.
- Deliver expert tax planning and advisory services, including wealth transfer and estate strategies.
- Review intricate tax returns and maintain ongoing client communication.
- Build and nurture client relationships while collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality output.
- Occasional travel to client locations may be necessary.
- Lead business development initiatives and expand professional networks.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and regulations, applying changes to client services.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver effective tax solutions.
- Set and pursue developmental objectives for yourself and your team.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in tax compliance, particularly in individual, fiduciary, and estate taxation.
- Prior experience in Public Accounting is essential.
- Possession of CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification is required.
- Master's Degree in Taxation or a relevant field.
- Familiarity with GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software.
