Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN to provide technical quality testing for patients in the laboratory setting at North Suburban Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Tech PRN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical quality testing for neonates, pediatrics, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in the laboratory setting, adhering to CAP, JCAHO, OSHA, AABB, FDA, and CLIA standards
- Maintain knowledge of all procedures and protocols
- Perform required quality control and function verification of equipment
Requirements:
- ASCP, HEW or AMT certification required within 6 months of hire
- High school diploma/GED required
- College graduate or equivalent with certification in Medical Technologist by ASCP, HEW or AMT or successful completion of an accredited MLT program
- Experience in a hospital laboratory desired but not necessary
