About the Role

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of identity and access management systems and will be responsible for developing and implementing IAM programs, managing user access to systems, applications, and data, performing risk assessments and audits, investigating incidents, and recommending corrective actions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on evolving threats, technologies, and solutions, establishing techniques for analysis, risk assessment, and troubleshooting, collaborating with other departments to ensure secure access to systems and data, documenting processes and procedures, reviewing audits and reports, escalating and resolving issues in a timely manner, managing the administration and maintenance of access security systems, and consulting with users and evaluating requirements.

Requirements
  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
  • Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives.
  • Has domain and expert technical knowledge.
  • Directs and controls activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management.
  • Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall project implementation.
  • May supervise others.
  • Extensive knowledge of field.
  • Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.
Qualifications

High School Diploma with 11 years of recent, specialized experience, Associates Degree with 7 years of recent, specialized experience, Major Certification with 7 years of recent, specialized experience, or Bachelor's Degree (and higher) with 3 years of recent, specialist experience.
