Job Summary

Grandview Medical Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and evaluating patient medical records, reviewing records for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring that all records are properly filed and retrieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
  • Review medical records for completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure that all records are properly filed and retrieved
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that medical records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
