We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Northwest Medical Center. As a per diem RN, you will work 1-2 shifts per week in our Float Pool unit, providing high-quality patient care and supporting our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and document nursing care, including administering medications and performing various patient tests
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Promote patients' independence by teaching them and their families about self-care skills and condition management
- Associate's degree in Nursing or higher
- Certification as a Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- C-AHA BLS Basic Cardiac and ACLS certifications
- AZ-RN License
