Acute Dialysis Nurse

Core Dialysis is seeking a compassionate and experienced Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to perform acute dialysis procedures in the Beaumont area. As an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering specialized nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis procedures in acute care settings.
Responsibilities- Administer dialysis procedures to acute care patients, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Accurately and efficiently prepares, administers, and documents all prescribed medications within your scope of practice.
- Demonstrate effective delegation and supervision of the clinical environment.
- Apply assessment, planning, implementation/intervention, and evaluation processes in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care and facility needs.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed within your scope of practice.
- Adhere to all patient-specific and facility-level policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Current BLS CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute nursing experience, with a focus on acute dialysis preferred.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex patient needs.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including patient handling and emergency response.
- Ability to work effectively and critically think in a fast-paced and at times emergency environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Flexibility and availability to work at least 32 hours per week, including covering call-outs as needed for specific positions.
