Job Opportunity

We are partnering with a reputable law firm in San Jose to find an Associate Attorney with 2 years of litigation experience in employment law.

Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in preparing responsive pleadings, engaging in motion practice, and counseling clients on employment law matters.
  • Strong case management skills, including propounding and responding to discovery, depositions, and preparing cases for trial.
  • Familiarity with wage laws, leave, and compliance matters (FMLA, ADA, wage and hour), policy development, compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes is preferred.
  • Strong academic background and proven track record of strong performance and measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
Benefits and Compensation

$145,000 - $200,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
