The Senior Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the flow of inbound and outbound products, ensuring that all items are processed with 100% precision.
Essential Duties Include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse.
- Ensuring that all inbound and outbound products are accurately picked, packaged, loaded, and shipped.
- Conducting regular checks to confirm the accuracy of orders and shipments.
- Coordinating freight logistics, including scheduling pickups and managing carrier communications.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Performing cycle counts and assisting in inventory management as needed.
- Providing support in training and supervising warehouse staff.
- Addressing any operational issues that arise and proposing solutions for improvement.
Work Environment
This position requires physical activity, including lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 lbs. The work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels typical of warehouse operations.
Qualifications
