Job Overview

This position is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, delivery, and upgrade of clinical applications end-user training programs. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of designated Epic applications and be able to prepare technical training curriculum in the application training environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of training materials for end-users.
  • Support the build process for the master training environment.
  • Incorporate appropriate scenarios and workflows into training programs.
  • Continuously develop instructional design knowledge and skill.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree.
  • Credentialed as EPIC trainer within 6 months of hire.
  • Knowledge of Epic applications, personal computer applications, adult learning principles, and change management.
Working Conditions

This role requires a high level of concentration, continuous learning, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable adapting to a variety of learning styles and presentation mediums.
