About the Role: We are seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to become a part of our esteemed CRNA team at Christus San Marcos. This full-time W2 position is available due to the relocation of one of our CRNAs. You will be joining a well-established team consisting of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs.

Facility Information: Christus San Marcos is a community hospital located within an hour's drive from major cities. It is a multi-specialty facility that provides a broad range of medical services, including general surgery, orthopedic procedures, Endo/GI, and OB/GYN. As a level 4 trauma center, the hospital averages fewer than 75 OB deliveries each month.

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for CRNAs is set at $260,000 on a W2 basis, complemented by 11 weeks of paid time off per year plus post-call days. CRNAs will cover five service sites daily, with call duties rotating among the team, ensuring post-call days off. Essential Anesthesia Management covers medical malpractice and provides medical benefits from day one, along with a 401K plan featuring a 4% match and immediate vesting, continuing education and licensing allowances, employer-paid short-term disability, and additional benefits.
