Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at The Villas At Robbinsdale. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Restocking
    • Clean and restock all assigned areas, including resident rooms, bathrooms, offices, clinical areas, conference rooms, nurses' stations, and stairwells, according to departmental standards and guidelines.
  • Work Assignment Management
    • Maintain work assignment sheets for daily duties in assigned areas.
  • Safe Workplace Practices
    • Follow safe workplace practices according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Departmental Procedures
    • Follow departmental procedures for daily cleaning procedures and any additional steps as outlined on the job assignment.
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to Follow Instructions
    • Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning the mixing of cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc.
  • Independence and Flexibility
    • Ability to work independently and possess flexibility, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Effective Communication
    • Ability to work effectively with residents and personnel.
  • Criminal Background Check
    • Must provide a criminal background check.
  • Shift Requirements
    • Be able to work second shift hours.
