Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled EEG Technician to join our team at Della Infotech. As an EEG Technician, you will be responsible for operating electro neurodiagnostic equipment, assisting in the analysis and diagnosis of brain disorders, and preparing customers for procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Electro neurodiagnostic (EEG) exams and procedures in an EEG lab or intraoperative environment, according to appropriate protocols.
  • Prepare customers for procedures, collect historical information pertinent to the interpretation of tests, and maintain equipment in clean, operating condition.
  • Demonstrate understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within the standards of practice for an EEG lab, and identify opportunities for continuous improvements of processes and services.
  • Accept other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals, and maintain skill proficiency, including improvement where deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required, with successful completion of an accredited EEG program preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' health care or customer service experience required, with previous intraoperative EEG experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic EEG concepts, practices, and procedures, and current BLS Certification- NMHC Standard.
