Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient's ability to perform independent living skills and design a personalized plan of care.
  • Implement treatment plans using various modalities and document patient progress.
  • Educate patients and families/caregivers about patient deficits and provide guidance on adaptive equipment and support programs.
  • Oversee care provided by designated individuals and ensure compliance with regulations and practice standards.
  • Work in a safe and alert manner, performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, with licensure in the state of practice.
  • No prior experience required.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant standing and frequent walking, reaching, and keyboard use.
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, sitting, squatting, twisting, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Occupational Therapist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
  • Occupational Therapist - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
  • Occupational Therapist - Oklahoma Medical Board
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) - Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
