• Oversee job postings, descriptions, and position criteria


• Keep updated on recruitment trends and industry best practices


• Evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting phone interviews, and facilitating in-person interviews


• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process


• Execute background and reference checks
