Position Overview

  • As a hands-on leader, you will guide and manage skilled workers assigned to projects.
  • Ensure adherence to all construction standards including safety protocols, technological requirements, equipment usage, methods, and company policies.
  • Work at heights utilizing bucket trucks.
  • Enforce compliance with all safety regulations set by the company and clients.
  • Willingness to travel is essential.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in electrical or civil (concrete) work.
  • Proven supervisory experience in an electrical construction setting.
  • Experience with street lighting and traffic signal systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documentation.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record check.
