Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform in-depth analysis of company-wide financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and its departments.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to create precise financial forecasts, track performance, and highlight any discrepancies while offering actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and corporate finance concepts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Ethical and dedicated to maintaining confidentiality and sensitive financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
