**Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director-Psychiatrist to lead our team of clinicians and manage operations. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric care, medication assessments, and crisis response while overseeing clinical operations and supervising APRNs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop individual evaluations based on assessment data and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary. You will also be responsible for ensuring that clinical operations are running smoothly and that APRNs are receiving the support they need to provide exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing psychiatric care, medication assessments, and crisis response to new and existing outpatient clients.
  • Overseeing clinical operations at multiple locations throughout Arkansas.
  • Developing individual evaluations based on assessment data and providing therapeutic interventions as necessary.
  • Directly supervising APRNs to help them provide exceptional patient care.

Essential Skills:

  • A MD/DO psychiatrist licensed in Arkansas.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Preferable Skills:

  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven solid computer and basic technology skills.
  • Proven solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
