Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety and health management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Supervise a team of safety and health professionals to support all areas of the site.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and health.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in safety and health.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in safety and health, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Ability to interpret and apply safety and health regulations and standards.
