Restaurant Breakfast Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Breakfast Manager to join our team at Hardee's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the breakfast shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the breakfast shift, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory, managing labor costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of shift management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing situations.
