Job Description:
We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the plant manager to ensure smooth operations and support customers and potential customers through inbound/outbound calls. You will also be responsible for data entry, scheduling shipments, and handling freight claims. A positive mindset and good attitude are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist plant manager with scheduling pick-ups, deliveries, and production schedules
- Data entry of sales orders and completed/shipped orders
- Scheduling shipments, order tracking, and handling freight claims
- Participate in inbound/outbound calls to support customers and potential customers
- Prepare invoices and other accounting functions

Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in customer service or administrative assistant roles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks
