Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of skilled technicians specializing in instrumentation and electrical maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols during equipment operations.
  • Facilitate efficient processes during peak production periods.
  • Provide guidance to maintenance staff and relay operational procedures effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in maintenance operations focused on electrical and electronic systems.
  • Preferred supervisory experience; possession of a California Electrician's license is advantageous.
  • Proficient understanding of solid-state circuitry, programmable controllers, and PLC/HMI programming.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment assessments and be flexible with work hours during busy seasons.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $88,500 - $99,500.
