Job Summary:

This Regional Office Manager role involves overseeing branch operations, leading a team, and driving membership growth while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional office operations, including routine audits and fiduciary responsibilities">
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team">
  • Promote membership expansion through strategic partnerships and events">
  • Handle member escalations and provide timely responses">
  • Optimize lending and deposit pipelines for maximum efficiency">
  • Forecast and schedule teams to ensure adequate coverage">

Qualifications:
