Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our Furnitureland South team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on answering incoming calls, taking orders, and addressing customer inquiries and questions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Answer all incoming general phone sales calls and provide product and service information to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries both by phone and email, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and professional experience.
- Process and respond to all initial digital leads, assigning them to a phone/web design consultant once qualified.
- Enter and analyze CRM data to track customer interactions and preferences.
- Follow up with customers after their FLS Experience to generate referrals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track, monitor, and report conversions of all digital leads and digital phone calls.
- Answer and field all calls for Trade Direct.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and vendor trainings to provide accurate information to customers.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education and ExperienceA high school diploma and three years of experience in a customer service-oriented role are required. A bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a phone-based customer service environment are preferred.
Working ConditionsThis is a professional office environment that requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
