Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vessel Master to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to safely navigate our vessels while ensuring compliance with USCG and environmental laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for supervising the Mate and Deckhands, as well as assisting with performance evaluations and training of deck crew members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of leadership and navigation skills. You should possess a USCG Masters of Towing license, FCC Radio Operator license, Western Rivers License, Inland Rivers License, Radar endorsement, CPR, First Aid, AED certification, valid Driver's License, and TWIC card. Additionally, you should have 4+ years of experience in towing operations and be able to read and write the English language.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $70,000 and a performance-based bonus of $15,000.
