Summary:

At TalentBurst, we're looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in brainstorming innovative strategies that enhance market share and brand visibility.

Description:

The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing global marketing campaigns tied to new product launches and collaborations. They will assist in creating go-to-market plans with the goal of exciting consumers and meeting business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the target customer and be able to discern what types of strategies and communication will be relevant and motivating to them, and reflects our brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing integrated marketing plans, while working closely with cross-functional teams across Media, Social, Digital, PR, Sales, Creative, and Business Affairs
  • Leverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans
  • Develop marketing and creative briefs on Keynote with a clear and concise narrative
  • Own campaign recaps and external reporting in a timely manner
  • Drive follow-up and follow-through with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years in Brand Marketing with one or more category-leading brands
  • World-class marketing campaign experience with Tier 1 talent
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile self-starter who is results-oriented and able to deal with ambiguity
  • Highly adaptive, able to identify issues and troubleshoot proactively
  • Communicates effectively (written and oral)

  • Interest and/or experience in sports, gaming, fashion, culture, music
  • Strong research skills and comfort in translating data into actionable tactics
  • Calm under pressure while exuding competence and 'can-do' attitude
  • Hungry and curious - eager to bring new insights, ideas, and opportunities
