About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Anti-Money Laundering Specialist to join our team at NANO BANC. As a key member of our BSA/AML Department, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing financial crimes.

Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing customer account activity, detecting and reporting suspicious transactions, and collaborating with the BSA Officer to develop and implement effective procedures for detecting and reporting suspicious activity.

  • Analyze customer account activity to identify potential suspicious transactions;
  • Develop and implement effective procedures for detecting and reporting suspicious activity;
  • Collaborate with the BSA Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions and investigations;
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and findings;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in BSA/AML compliance, preferably with a background in banking or finance;
  • Prior experience in analyzing customer account activity and detecting suspicious transactions;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills;
  • A proven track record of success in preventing financial crimes;
  • Certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) is preferred.
