Job Title: Digital Asset Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing and evaluating current digital asset workflows and storage solutions. You will work closely with the Content Studio Team, Content Design, and Content Production to establish and implement common workflows, file naming conventions, and folder structures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Audit and evaluate all current digital asset workflows and storage solutions
* Work closely with the Content Studio Team, Content Design, and Content Production to establish and implement common workflows, file naming conventions, and folder structures
* Develop processes for long-term media storage, data consolidation, and ongoing asset management
* Verify, troubleshoot, and escalate user-reported anomalies in production environments
* Oversee project-specific asset maintenance and implementation

Requirements:

* Extensive experience evaluating and setting up media and entertainment workflows using industry-leading asset management software and systems
* 5+ years of experience managing digital assets and workflow at a high-volume creatively driven streaming service or production studio
* Ability to make decisions independently
* Ability to foster and implement a high degree of organization across teams
