As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee all facets of clinical management for a specified area within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall clinic operations to meet quality standards, control operational expenses, and achieve budgeted EBITDA goals.
Ensure adequate staffing levels during regular hours and special events.
Maintain the operational readiness of facility equipment, ensuring safety, functionality, and cleanliness.
Supervise front office operations, including reception, mail handling, and inventory management.
Address billing holds, authorize financial refunds, and rectify accounting discrepancies across multiple sites.
Monitor and manage supply inventories to guarantee each clinic is well-stocked.
Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and vendor services for assigned locations.
Develop monthly staff schedules, review timecards, and contribute to payroll processing.
Perform front-end registration and clinical tasks as necessary during employee absences or high patient volumes.
Select, train, supervise, and develop staff, ensuring they are prepared to fulfill their roles.
Enforce clinic policies and procedures through performance management and ensure staff licenses are up to date.
Travel to other locations as required.
Carry out any additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior training in HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, COR, and emergency protocols.
Proficiency in common software applications such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
Exceptional customer service skills to manage escalated situations.
Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
Valid driver's license.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a supervisory or management role.
