Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a facilities or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a part-time hourly position, working approximately 17 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
