  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a facilities or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
