Position Overview

This role is for a Manager of Retail Credit Risk Stress Testing Operations at First Citizens Bank. The primary focus of this position is to oversee the execution of the Bank's Credit Loss stress testing initiatives aimed at retail loss forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and implementing industry best practices.
  • Leading the planning and execution of Credit Risk Stress Testing programs.
  • Managing a team of analysts dedicated to these efforts.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics within the Financial Services sector.
  • At least 4 years of direct experience in executing CCAR/DFAST Stress testing.
Preferred Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with statistical and data analysis software such as Netezza, SQL, Python, and SAS.
  • Direct experience in Credit Loss Forecasting.
  • Prior experience in managing a team effectively.
