Job Title: Life Enrichment Lead

At Channing House, we are committed to providing a vibrant and engaging community for our residents. As a Life Enrichment Lead, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that promote the preservation and enrichment of each resident's quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Observe and respond to resident feedback, making adjustments to activity plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Life Enrichment Supervisor to ensure seamless execution of activities.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to use a computer and Microsoft suite.
  • Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
