As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- BSN required
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required
- BLS required
- Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS
- PALS preferred

Our employees call it home. - BSN required. - Massachusetts Registered Nurse License required. - BLS required - Must obtain ACLS prior to end of orientation and may not practice independently without ACLS - PALS preferred- Newly licensed nurse must obtain ACLS and PALS within first six (6) months of employment - ED experience strongly preferred. - 2 years' telemetry experience preferred. - Adheres to all I.C.A.R.E. standards. - Must show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients. - Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities. - Ability to function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills. - Must demonstrate effective skills in applying hospital standards in area of service, team work, communication, respect for others, and time/priority management.
