We are currently hiring experienced Physical Therapists for home health assignments in Hampton, Virginia, and surrounding areas.

Salary and Benefits:

$2,200 – $2,366 per week estimated salary

About the Assignments:

As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will work directly with patients in their homes, providing individualized care and support.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Conducting initial assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Documenting patient progress and communicating with families

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited PT program
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Virginia
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
