Nursing Leader for Weekend Program

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge RN in the Weekend Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced nurse who can lead by example, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high standards of patient care. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients on the weekend program, delegating tasks to LPNs and PCAs, and ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Job Requirements- Licensure: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- BSN; Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Estimated annual salary: $97,500 - $112,500 (based on 30 hours per week)
- Non-exempt status
- Benefits eligibility
