Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and evaluate treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Speech Pathology and be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Maine. A minimum of one year of full-time equivalent experience in a supervised healthcare setting is preferred.
Benefits
