We're seeking a Server Representative to join our team. As a Server Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers at various events and locations. You will be the face of Kona Ice, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive Safely and Greet Customers Courteously
  • Provide Superior Service to Clients and Customers
  • Comply with Hygiene, Health, and Sanitation Guidelines
  • Perform Basic Cleaning of Trucks/Warehouse
  • Complete Beginning- and End-of-Shift Prepping and Stocking
  • Must be Able to Read, Count, and Accurately Complete Documentation
  • Communicate Maintenance & Inventory Needs to Appropriate Staff
