Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Hammered Crab. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to tables with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
  • Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
  • Issue bills and accept payment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Food Handling experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays

The Hammered Crab is a seafood restaurant located in Gulf Shores, AL. We specialize in seafood, prime rib and all you can eat crab legs. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
