We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across various systems.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Execute planned and preventative maintenance procedures on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment within the facility.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in complex machinery, implementing effective corrective actions to restore functionality.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement modifications and improvements to existing systems, enhancing efficiency and performance.
  • Utilize technical documentation such as blueprints, equipment specifications, Maximo, and SAP to guide your work accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Your Qualifications:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. An Associate's degree in a relevant field or two years of proven experience in maintenance is preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems through pre-employment assessments.
  • Have hands-on experience with tools such as micrometers, calipers, and voltmeters.
  • Hold valid Forklift Training and Hazardous Waste Training certifications.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods on concrete floors, bend/stoop frequently, and lift up to 100 pounds.
