Position: Front Desk Attendant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a warm and inviting environment for all members and visitors as they enter and exit the facility.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all operational aspects of our management system, including scheduling, point of sale transactions, and member check-ins.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring accurate message-taking and prompt transfer to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to closing procedures at the end of each day.
  • Manage towel supplies, ensuring they are laundered, replenished, and available for members.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and well-stocked to facilitate efficient service.
  • Assist with follow-up calls regarding member balances and account inquiries.
  • Schedule court reservations and private lessons as needed.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and members alike.
  • Complete daily reports and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Sportime's programs, services, and policies is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to member satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with members and staff.
Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring availability on weeknights and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience.

Health Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment.
