Tellworks Logistics is a logistics and supply chain company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to drive performance and execution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, including customer, system, or operational issues, and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
  • Monitor and record key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract performance, working closely with the Operations Manager to address underperformance and drive improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes for receiving, product put-away, picking, and shipping, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Develop and implement security protocols to safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and consolidations to ensure SLAs are met, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee the processing of asset-tagged products and ensure accurate capture of tagged assets during receiving and shipping to mitigate at-risk liabilities.
  • Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives, ensuring training is completed as needed to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Lead the Safety Initiative, maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to site-based team members, focusing on active recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Review and approve overtime and purchases in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Oversee warehouse operational requirements, scheduling and assigning employees, and monitoring work results.
  • Ensure timely processing of RMA orders, meeting SLAs.
  • Monitor site capacity, working with the Operations Manager and customers to regulate material flow and make recommendations for overflow space as needed.
  • Participate in and facilitate regional customer meetings.
  • Work with management to track, log, and quote OOS activities for customer approval.
  • Develop analytical skills to generate reports and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide work direction and coordinate schedules and activities on a daily basis.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Assertive, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong focus on customer relationship building.
  • Knowledge of warehousing operations and 5+ years of experience.
  • Ability to coordinate intra-departmental functions, synthesize, and meet common objectives.
  • Leadership experience and capability within project execution and service delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills.
