Join Our Team as a School Based Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a School Based Behavior Interventionist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and their families to provide in-home behavioral intervention services.

About the Role

This is a full-time, part-time position that requires a strong interest in working with children. You will work variable hours per week, including evenings and weekends, to deliver services to clients in their homes and community settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home behavioral intervention services to children affected by autism and their families
  • Work with children to help them learn and grow, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
  • Participate in ongoing dedicated supervision and support to help you succeed and thrive
  • Take advantage of education reimbursement programs and career advancement opportunities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Previous experience working with children (preferred)
  • Available from 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required
  • Must have own reliable transportation, and valid driver's license, auto registration and auto insurance
  • Proof of immunization records and TB required
  • Background check
Physical Requirements

This role requires sustained physical exertion for up to 45 minutes, walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending and carrying up to 50 pounds.
