Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Financial Services Representative with Elvia Solis - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Insurance Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements.
- Lead Generation and Business Development: Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Consultative Selling and Customer Relationship Management: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner. Building strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support.
- Team Collaboration and Sales Performance: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Sales Experience and Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service.
- Customer-Centric and Goal-Oriented: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients. A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Insurance Knowledge and Industry Awareness: While not required, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
- Bilingual Spanish

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year.
