Responsibilities:
- Administer medication according to hospital policies, including IV medication
- Document and communicate patient clinical findings with healthcare team members
- Participate in educational programs to enhance professional growth and development
- Support patient safety initiatives and report any concerns or errors
Requirements:
- Nationally accredited nursing graduate or Bachelor's degree
- CPR certification for healthcare providers and Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 6 months
- RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
Working Conditions:
- Heavy workload with frequent lifting and moving of patients
- Exposure to biohazardous materials and chemicals, requiring personal protective equipment
