We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Specialist to join our team at Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Implement care plans to assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and independence of our clients.
- Provide support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
- Offer mobility assistance, transportation, and run errands as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in clients' homes.
- CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- CNA License or completion of PCA competency test.
- Certification of a negative TB test.
- Minimum of 5 years of caregiver experience with at least two verifiable references.
- Specialized training in personal care and as a Home Health Aide.
