Memory Care Resident Assistant

At SageLife, we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Memory Care Resident Assistant. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal service delivery and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and food and liquid intake.
- Participate in resident care planning and collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to SageLife's standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in personal and/or long-term care.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, exert 50 pounds of force, and safely transfer residents.
