Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in all branch processes and procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medications and providing health advice.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course.
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification.
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
