Job Description

CentralReach is a leading provider of SaaS software solutions for autism and IDD care. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and facilitate regular calls with clients to discuss project status and success criteria
  • Communicate project timelines effectively both internally and externally
  • Coordinate internal status meetings with implementation specialists to ensure all risks are mitigated
  • Maintain accurate documentation of projects in our system of record
  • Facilitate discussion of best practice workflows with clients
  • Successfully transition finished projects to support and customer success teams
  • Own the end-to-end completion of complex projects
  • Retain groups for a period of two weeks to address any issues and pass on necessary items to customer success
  • Build strong relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their individual needs
  • Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable design and drive proper change control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to the Manager of Professional Services
  • Stay up-to-date on all new features and enhancements for CentralReach and related products
  • Work with management to allocate resources
  • Train clients in your area of expertise as needed

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing software implementations in a SaaS environment
  • Passion for improving process and quality of work
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and attention to detail
  • Previous knowledge of CentralReach platforms is a plus
  • Experience working with clients to translate business requirements into system configuration
  • Ability to effectively communicate new information and support clients in their individual needs
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and HIPAA
  • EMR/EHR experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
