Developmental Disabilities Case Manager

This Developmental Disabilities Case Manager will provide support and care to residents in a secure forensic facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
Responsibilities- Provide custody, personal care, safety, security, and well-being for residents ordered by the Court to the custody of DDDP/ Pathways.
- Assist professionals in implementing prescribed treatment and rehabilitation programs.
- Observe residents and identify and document changes and/or unusual events which could result in safety and well-being issues.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, pull, squat, and stand for extended periods of time.
- One (1) year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a psychiatric care or mental health setting.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
