Job Title: Lead Nurse Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse Administrator to join our team at i4 Search Group Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall quality clinical outcomes of our facility, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and providing direct supervision to the Nursing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to planning processes to achieve objectives guided by our vision and mission.
- Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and other regulatory and/or accrediting bodies.
- Collaborate with NHA and remain accountable for the operational and financial performance of the Nursing Department.
- Drive quality initiatives and oversee and maintain a QAPI and Infection Control program aligned with regulations.
- Lead efforts for recruitment, staffing, and retention of nursing team.
- Communicate timely and accurately with employees and customers.
Requirements:
- Active RN license within the State of practice.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as Director of Nursing required.
- 5+ years of nursing leadership experience required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to LTC facility required.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
