Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to recruit and retain top student talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, academic organizations, and industry partners
  • Collaborate with corporate and FS System managers to understand talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
  • Design and implement innovative campus recruitment programs, including internships, job shadowing, and career development initiatives
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on student programs and talent acquisition
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • PHR certification or equivalent
  • Ability to travel independently, frequently, and overnight when necessary
